The People's Council of Hai Duong province has just decided on the investment policy for the Project to build a road connecting National Highway 17B (Hai Duong) with Road 352 (Hai Phong).
The project has a total investment of more than 786 billion VND from the Hai Duong provincial budget in the medium-term public investment capital plan for the 2021-2025 and 2026-2030 periods. The total length of the entire route is about 7.22 km, the starting point connects to National Highway 17B, the end point connects to the right dike of Kinh Thay River, ensuring connection with the planned scope of the Kinh Thay River overpass construction.
The project aims to form an inter-regional traffic axis, serving the travel and trade needs between Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city. At the same time, it expands the development space of Kinh Mon town, creating favorable conditions for attracting investment, effectively exploiting land funds on both sides of the road, creating a driving force for socio-economic development.
