The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just allocated nearly 9.7 billion VND from the social security fund transferred from 2022 to 2023 to supplement funds for the People's Committees of Hai Duong city, Chi Linh city, Kinh Mon town and Kim Thanh, Nam Sach, Thanh Ha, Cam Giang, Tu Ky, Gia Loc, Ninh Giang districts to implement social allowances in 2023.
