The Hanoi People's Committee has just responded to voters' feedback on the fact that a series of apartment projects such as The Legacy, Golden West, Starcity... have not been granted pink books.
According to the previous petition, voters hope that the Hanoi People's Committee will direct the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (TN-MT) and relevant agencies to have a plan to remove obstacles to soon issue certificates (pink books) for apartments in apartment projects such as The Legacy, Golden West, Starcity, Song Da - Viet Duc...
Recently, responding to voters on this issue, the Hanoi People's Committee said that for the Golden West apartment building, lot 2.5HH Le Van Thiem street, Nhan Chinh ward (Thanh Xuan district), the investor is Vietnam Trade Development Joint Stock Company (Vietradico).
Currently, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has not yet issued pink books for apartments in the above project because the investor has not completed the project's legal documents and sent them to the Department to check the legal documents for registration and issuance of certificates at the project according to regulations.
Similarly, for this reason, The Legacy apartment building, No. 106, Nguy Nhu Kon Tum Street, Nhan Chinh Ward (invested by Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 41) has not been considered for issuance of a certificate.
Meanwhile, good news came to the Starcity Center Apartment Project at the land plot marked HH, Southeast Urban Area, Tran Duy Hung Street, Trung Hoa Ward (Cau Giay District) invested by Ngoi Sao Viet Real Estate Company Limited.
According to the City People's Committee, this project has been approved by the competent authority for works with symbols A, B, C, D, G, H. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment has been issuing pink books to home buyers who have fulfilled their financial obligations to the investor at works with symbols A, B, D, H.
The projects with symbols C and G have not yet issued certificates for the apartments because the investor has not completed the project's legal documents and sent them to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Regarding the Viet Duc Complex Office - Service and Housing Project at Lane 164, Khuat Duy Tien Street, Nhan Chinh Ward, invested by Song Da - Viet Duc Investment Joint Stock Company as the representative of the consortium (Song Da - Viet Duc Investment Joint Stock Company; Construction and Materials Trading Joint Stock Company; Construction and Industrial Equipment Group Joint Stock Company), the City People's Committee said that Song Da - Viet Duc Investment Joint Stock Company submitted a legal inspection dossier to serve the work of granting a certificate to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment last June.
