The GWM Tank 300 has been confirmed by the company to come to Vietnam, but the time has not been revealed. Meanwhile, the dealer revealed that this model could be launched at the end of this year.

Many sales consultants even revealed that those who order early will receive a 20 million VND discount off the selling price.

Although there is no official price yet, the dealer estimates that the price of Tank 300 could be around 1.2 billion VND, equal to the price of the car in Thailand.

This expected selling price is higher than Hyundai Santa Fe and Kia Sorento (starting from about 1 billion VND), equivalent to the high-end version of competitors from Korea.

What is Tank 300?

The special features of Tank 300 compared to competitors in the same segment are its design and transmission system.

The car has a square and classic shape, with a spare wheel mounted at the back quite similar to the Jeep Wrangler specialized for off-road. This shape can also be compared to the Suzuki Jimny or Toyota Land Cruiser Prado lines that are about to come to Vietnam.

Meanwhile, the Kia Sorento HEV version has a total capacity of 230 horsepower and maximum torque of 350 Nm.

The Tank 300 has four off-road modes including snow, mud, sand and 2-speed automatic. Three driving modes include economy, normal and sport. Electronic locking front and rear differentials are also a highlight.

In addition, the car will be equipped with LED headlights, LED taillights and 17-inch wheels. Inside there are 2 12.3-inch screens, premium Infinity sound, electric front seats with memory, integrated cooling, massage, electronic parking brake and a large, bulky gear lever.
