On March 9, the Conference to collect comments on the draft report outlines of the Party Charter Subcommittee of the 14th National Congress in the North Central and Central Coast regions was held in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province.
Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Party Central Committee's Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac, along with members of the Subcommittee; leaders of 14 provinces and cities in the North Central and Central Coast regions attended the conference.
In his opening speech, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac said: Contributing opinions to the draft report outlines of the Party Charter Subcommittee is an important task, which must be carried out methodically, carefully but also very urgently to complete and submit to the Central Committee within the prescribed deadline.
Regarding the content of the draft report outline, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac suggested that delegates focus on discussing and giving in-depth opinions on the introduction, including a thorough analysis of the domestic and international situation, as well as profound changes, complex and unpredictable developments that have impacted and affected Party building work in order to objectively and comprehensively perceive and evaluate.
Besides, the assessment of the results of the implementation of 10 groups of tasks and solutions on Party building work according to the 13th National Congress Documents has been comprehensive, complete, comprehensive, and close to the practical Party building work of this term; it is necessary to emphasize and supplement the content to clarify the achieved results, limitations, difficulties, obstacles, and inadequacies in practical implementation.
The Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission also asked delegates to give their opinions on the outstanding and breakthrough results that need to be emphasized in the Party building and rectification work of this term; the current challenges and issues facing the Party building and rectification work and the local political system; and to contribute opinions on the directions, tasks, and solutions for Party building work in the coming term...
