From the beginning of the year to July 4, nearly 3,000 students, the elderly, and patients in difficult circumstances in Kinh Mon town have received free haircuts. This is one of two typical localities in the province that do this activity well.
On the afternoon of July 3, the Kinh Mon Town Youth Union in collaboration with Luong Vu Hair Salon and Van Tai Barber Shop organized the "Free Haircut" program for students, teenagers, and the elderly in Hiep An ward.
20 professional barbers from Hair Salon Luong Vu and Van Tai Barber Shop gave free haircuts to 150 children and the elderly. The volunteers enthusiastically advised and skillfully trimmed to give beautiful, neat hair, suitable for each face and age...
The “Zero-cost haircut” program has been jointly organized by the Kinh Mon Town Youth Union for the past 3 years with the support of many hairdressing businesses and barbershops. Along with Hai Duong City, Kinh Mon is one of the 2 typical localities in the province that do this activity well.
