The northeastern ring road of Thanh Mien town is unfinished due to land acquisition problems.

There is currently one enterprise in Lam Son commune that has not yet handed over the site, affecting the construction of the northeastern beltway project of Thanh Mien town.

At the end of 2020, the northeastern ring road project of Thanh Mien town was officially implemented amid the anticipation of local people. However, after more than 2 years, every time I pass by here, I still see that there are many sections of this project that cannot be implemented. Through research, I learned that the reason is that there is still a business and some households in Thanh Mien town and Lam Son commune who do not agree with the compensation price, so they have not yet handed over the site. This has caused the project to be delayed for a long time, affecting the production and business activities and travel needs of people around the project.

Due to land acquisition problems, the northeastern ring road project of Thanh Mien town is behind schedule by more than 1 year.

The Thanh Mien town northeast ring road project is a basic ring road that helps this locality expand its urban space, moving towards completing the construction of a type IV urban area in 2025. When put into use, this route will share traffic volume with provincial road 392B (currently passing through the town center), contributing to reducing traffic accidents.

Propose that Thanh Mien district and the project investor increase propaganda and mobilization to gain consensus from households, speed up site clearance progress so that the northeastern beltway project can be completed soon.
