The draft Circular on policies and regimes when arranging and streamlining the military apparatus is being consulted by the Ministry of National Defense for public comments.

The Ministry of National Defense drafts regulations on implementing policies and regimes for cases in the military during the process of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus according to the provisions of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP.

Implementing the direction of General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense and Head of the General Department of Politics on guiding the implementation of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in the implementation of the organizational arrangement of the political system in the army; The Policy Department has researched and developed a draft Submission and a draft Circular of the Minister of National Defense guiding the implementation of policies and regimes for officers, professional soldiers, defense workers and civil servants, and people working in secretarial work receiving salaries similar to those of military personnel in the implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus in the army.
