Achieve many high achievements

The 2025 "Skillful Civil Affairs" competition for the entire army in the Northern region took place from March 11 to 13. The armed forces of Military Region 3 won the excellent prize with the highest score among 26 participating teams and were awarded a flag by the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army for their outstanding achievements.

Hai Duong Provincial Military Command is the unit selected by the Military Region 3 Command and assigned the task of representing the military region to participate in this competition.

Clearly identifying the meaning and importance of the contest, the Provincial Military Command proactively disseminated and assigned the Political Department Commander to be in charge of each contest content. The unit developed the scenario, selected the core and organized serious and active practice before the Lunar New Year 2025.

The contest of mass mobilization skills was performed by the members in the form of dramatization through many art forms such as drama, singing, dancing, etc., making an impression and being highly appreciated by the contest organizers.

Colonel Vu Kim Thang, Deputy Political Commissar of Hai Duong Provincial Military Command, said: “The officers and staff participating in the contest arranged and organized their time reasonably to ensure both professional work and investing time and effort in reviewing. The above results are the sweet fruit after many days of hard training with the highest sense of responsibility and determination.”

In recent times, identifying competitions and sports as an opportunity to comprehensively evaluate the training and practice of the unit, creating opportunities for officers and soldiers to learn and improve their qualifications, the Party Committee and Military Command of Hai Duong province have not only organized and implemented competitions and sports well in the province but also actively participated in competitions and sports organized by higher levels and achieved many high results.

Typical examples include the first prize in the 2024 Competition for Commanders and Political Commissars of Districts, Towns and Cities of Military Region 3; the gold prize in the 14th Military Television Film Festival in 2024. At the 2024 National Defense Sports Festival organized by the Ministry of National Defense, the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command won 1 gold medal in unarmed combat, category 57 - 60 kg...

According to the Provincial Military Command, from mid-2020 to present, on average each year, the Provincial Military Command has won 2-3 prizes at competitions organized by military regions and the entire army, exceeding the target set by the Provincial Military Party Congress (winning at least 1 prize each year).

The success of the competition and sports festival contributed to affirming that the provincial armed forces always maintain the "top" position in the block of 9 provinces and cities of Military Region 3.

To achieve the above results, the Provincial Military Command has implemented many measures to improve the quantity and quality of competitions and sports events. Agencies and units have promoted the role of Party committees and commanders, selected participating forces, assigned specific tasks to each trainer; invested time, funds, facilities, developed plans and organized serious training...

Focus on training quality

These days, on training grounds and training grounds, the training atmosphere for first-year militia and self-defense forces in districts, towns, cities and new soldiers in Infantry Regiment 125 (Chi Linh City) is very exciting.

The young soldiers are calm and confident in every movement and training topic. The militia force "overcomes the sun and rain", sticks to the training ground, and enthusiastically trains.

Previously, units were interested in repairing and renewing models, teaching aids, lesson plans, lectures, and renovating training grounds... The system of training grounds, practice grounds, especially shooting grounds, followed the correct design to serve training and tactical shooting.

Agencies and units under the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command focus on implementing well the "3 breakthroughs", in which the top priority task is to improve the quality of combat readiness, training, and exercises.

Responding to the emulation movement "Determined to Win", the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units in the provincial armed forces have thoroughly grasped, deployed and organized the implementation of many appropriate and correct policies and measures, contributing to the comprehensive completion of assigned tasks, building strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and typical" agencies and units.
