Hai Duong Vocational Education and Employment Service Center opens more mobile job fairs to provide consultation and job search support for service and trade businesses.
According to a survey by the Center for Employment Services - Vocational Education, since the beginning of May, many businesses and service and commercial establishments in Hai Duong have increased their labor recruitment needs by 20-30% compared to the previous month.
The reason is that during the summer, many restaurants, especially beverage shops, increase their recruitment of workers to serve customers. Restaurants and service businesses mainly recruit unskilled workers with salaries ranging from 5-7 million VND/person/month, some places pay hourly about 20,000-30,000 VND/hour, the salary has not increased compared to previous months.
In response to the increasing demand for human resource recruitment from businesses and service and trade establishments, in addition to fixed job fairs, Hai Duong Vocational Education and Employment Service Center also opens many mobile job fairs, providing consultation and job search support for many unskilled workers in need.
Hai Duong currently has about 5,000 enterprises operating in the service and trade sectors, creating jobs for more than 52,000 workers, accounting for nearly 14% of the province's total workforce.
