The remaining 2.33 ha is adjacent low-rise housing land, with a maximum construction density of 90%, with each building having a maximum height of 5 floors (excluding basements and attics). If necessary, no more than 1 basement can be arranged.
In addition, the local adjustment area adds 0.4 hectares of mixed-use land for housing and services, with commercial services, apartments, offices for rent... The building is up to 25 floors high (excluding basements and attic floors), with 2-3 basements.
