Ordering science and technology tasks from 2025

For national-level science and technology tasks, units shall base on the instructions prescribed in Circular No. 06/2023/TT-BKHCN dated May 25, 2023 of the Minister of Science and Technology stipulating the order and procedures for determining national-level tasks using the state budget to propose tasks until 2030. In 2023, the Department of Science and Technology of Hai Duong will not implement this content for tasks implemented from 2024.

Proposals and orders for provincial-level science and technology tasks must be consistent with the orientations and strategies on science and technology; must be new, creative, advanced and feasible for the province; clearly define the objectives, content, objects, scale and products of the tasks. Proposed and ordered science and technology tasks must have high application value, create changes in productivity, quality, efficiency, and impact the development of the industry, economic-technical fields, and key economic regions in the province. The implementation period of the tasks must not exceed 36 months.

Application deadline is May 6.

In 2024, Hai Duong will deploy 29 new projects, an increase of 11 projects compared to 2023 with a total implementation cost of over 37.7 billion VND.
