Hai Duong Department of Science and Technology added 1 administrative procedure

This is the procedure to determine whether or not an investment project uses outdated technology, potentially causing environmental pollution or resource-intensive technology. The procedure is resolved within 23 working days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid dossier according to regulations. For large-scale investment projects with complex technology, if necessary, within 20 working days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid dossier, the Department of Science and Technology shall decide to establish a Science and Technology Advisory Council, and conduct a field survey at the investment project to determine the project's technology.

There is no fee or charge for this procedure. The location is at the reception desk of the Department of Science and Technology at the Hai Duong Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
