While studying online at home, a 9-year-old boy in Hanoi used scissors to poke into an electrical outlet and was electrocuted to death.

On the afternoon of September 10, speaking to reporters, a leader of Ha Dinh ward (Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi) said that an incident had just occurred in the area where a male student was electrocuted to death while studying online.
It is known that the incident happened at around 9:30 am the same day. The boy named HHD (9 years old), lives in lane 475 Nguyen Trai, Ha Dinh ward.
A leader of Ha Dinh Ward Police said that Thanh Xuan District Police are currently investigating the case.
