Leading by 3 goals, Man City still held to a draw by Feyenoord

Manchester City played Feyenoord at home in the 5th match of the Champions League qualifying round (C1 Cup) season 2024-2025. The representative of the Premier League took a 3-goal lead but was held to a draw by their opponent.

Man City completely dominated the first half. The home team had 64% ball possession and had 11 shots, 4 of which were on target.

However, Man City had to wait until the penalty kick at the end of the first half to score. Erling Haaland successfully took advantage of the opportunity from the 11m penalty spot.

In less than 10 minutes of the second half, Ilkay Gundogan and Haaland scored in turn to help the English team widen the gap.
