Full-time National Assembly deputies will discuss 9 draft laws.

The conference of full-time National Assembly deputies will be held in a centralized meeting format at Dien Hong Hall, National Assembly House from August 28 to 30, 2023.

Specifically, National Assembly deputies will contribute their opinions to the following draft laws: Land (amended); Real estate business (amended); Credit institutions (amended); Housing (amended); Water resources (amended); Telecommunications (amended); Citizen identification (amended); Forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level; Management and protection of national defense works and military zones.

These are draft laws with several major issues that still have different opinions, which were commented on by the National Assembly at its recent 5th session, in which the National Assembly commented for the second time on the draft Land Law (amended); and commented for the first time on the remaining 8 draft laws.

After the Session, these draft Laws were received by research agencies, initially revised and adjusted, and commented on by the National Assembly Standing Committee in recent sessions.

The 25th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee took place from August 24-25, with comments on the explanation, acceptance, and revision of the following projects: Law on Telecommunications (amended), Law on Real Estate Business (amended), Law on Land (amended), and Law on Housing (amended).

Another important content is to consider and approve the draft Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee stipulating that inspection agencies are allowed to deduct a portion of the recovered amounts discovered through inspections after submitting them to the state budget. This issue was discussed by the National Assembly Standing Committee in the first session of the 25th session.
