Many residential land locations in 9 wards of Da Lat City will have their prices adjusted. Of which, the highest urban land price is over 23 million VND/m2, but there are also places where the price is only 1.1 million VND/m2.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment (TN&MT) of Lam Dong province has just instructed the People's Committees of districts and cities of Da Lat and Bao Loc on preparing documents to develop plans to adjust and supplement the Land Price List for the period 2020 - 2024.
Up to now, Lam Dong Department of Natural Resources and Environment has received the submission from Da Lat City People's Committee and has completed the draft resolution to promulgate the Land Price List for the period 2020 - 2024 for a number of locations in Da Lat City.
Lam Dong Department of Natural Resources and Environment requested the provincial agencies and Da Lat City People's Committee to comment on the above draft decree. The draft decree will also be publicly posted on Lam Dong Province's Electronic Information Portal within 30 days to collect public opinions as prescribed.
According to the draft, for rural residential land in Da Lat City, the land price at two locations in Xuan Tho Commune is expected to be adjusted. Specifically, the land price in Xuan Thanh Alley is 2 million VND/m2, in Da Quy Residential Area is 2.1 million VND/m2.
Regarding urban residential land, many locations in 9 wards of Da Lat city have been adjusted, ranging from 1.12 to 23.2 million VND/m2.
The lowest price in this adjustment is urban residential land on Tu Tao Street, Ward 11, the section across Ong Ri Bridge from plot 61, 63 on map sheet number 11 to plot 56 on map sheet number 2, with a price of 1.12 million VND/m2.
According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lam Dong, Tu Tao Street was formerly the old Su Enterprise Street, the section with adjusted land prices has no changes in infrastructure, and the market land transaction price has not fluctuated much. Therefore, the land price remains the same as in 2020.
Meanwhile, the highest priced urban land is located around the administrative area, specifically Truong Chinh Street, Ward 4, from Tran Phu Street to Doan Thi Diem Street. The estimated price of urban land here is 23.2 million VND/m2.
The above road section has been merged, renamed and infrastructure has been invested. The market land price of the area has not fluctuated much.
After the deadline for public consultation on the draft land price adjustment in some locations in 9 wards of Da Lat City has expired, the Center for Data Integration and Digital Transformation, Department of Information and Communications of the province will synthesize and send to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lam Dong to complete the dossier.
