Successfully enforced 174 civil judgment enforcement cases

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung requested the Provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement to direct the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement in districts, cities and towns to review and advise the People's Committees at the same level to perfect the Steering Committee for Civil Judgment Enforcement; develop, promulgate or amend and supplement the operating regulations of the Steering Committee to ensure that it meets the requirements in the new situation. Classify cases to ensure objectivity and accuracy, organize the enforcement of cases in accordance with procedures and legal regulations. Strengthen coordination with specialized agencies in organizing the enforcement of civil judgment enforcement; ensure the organization of enforcement is absolutely safe, and 100% of enforcement cases are successful.

Members of the Provincial Steering Committee for THADS need to closely coordinate with the Provincial THADS Department to effectively implement the work plan for 2021 and the following years, do a good job of disseminating the law and advising the Steering Committee in resolving related cases.

Over the past 5 years, the Provincial Steering Committee for Enforcement of Civil Judgments has closely coordinated with sectors, units and localities to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, effectively perform assigned tasks, ensure the strictness of the law, protect the interests of the State, the rights and legitimate interests of organizations and individuals, and contribute to stabilizing security and order in the whole province. In 5 years, the whole sector has issued decisions to enforce 221 cases, of which 47 cases involved parties voluntarily enforced the judgment, the remaining 174 cases were enforced safely and successfully. The annual rate of enforcement of judgments on matters and money always exceeds the assigned targets.

At the conference, the new Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control was completed with 10 members, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung is the Head of the Committee.

At the conference, comrade Luong Van Cau, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, former Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, received a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for his outstanding achievements in performing the task of directing natural disaster prevention and control for the 2016-2021 term.
