Emulation cluster of the Department of Justice and the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of the Northern Delta provinces unite and complete their tasks well.

Comrades Nguyen Thanh Tinh, Deputy Minister of Justice; Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee and a number of leaders of units under the Ministry of Justice; leaders of the Department of Justice, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of the Northern Delta provinces attended the conference.

In 2024, the Department of Justice of Hai Duong province is the head of the emulation cluster, and the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Hai Duong province is the deputy head of the emulation cluster.

At the conference, delegates reviewed and honored the emulation titles for 2024, organized the signing of the emulation covenant for 2025, and carried out many other contents.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Tinh noted a number of key tasks in 2025 and solutions for implementation. In particular, it is necessary to deeply assess the context of 2025 with its characteristics, associated with major movements, events, and milestones of the industry and the country.

This is also the final year of the term, accelerating to the finish line to complete the goals according to the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, reorganizing the apparatus, moving towards organizing the Party Congress and many important anniversaries of the judiciary sector.

Emphasizing that the position and role of the judiciary are increasingly affirmed and enhanced, comrade Nguyen Thanh Tinh noted that each collective and individual must increasingly urge and seek solutions to perform well their duties and tasks, contributing to the implementation of major tasks of the country, the industry and the locality.

The implementation of emulation and reward movements is strict, substantive, closely following the tasks and plans of the judiciary and localities, towards the 80th anniversary of the founding of the judiciary (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025).

At the same time, focus on implementing many contents on professional work, meeting the requirements of legislative innovation, removing institutional bottlenecks that hinder socio-economic development, operating and realizing goals, overcoming difficulties in streamlining and reorganizing the apparatus...

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung said that in the common development of units in the emulation cluster, the judicial and civil enforcement sectors of Hai Duong province have achieved many outstanding results, making significant contributions to the development of the province.

In particular, the work of building and perfecting the legal system continues to be promoted. The Department of Justice has advised the Provincial People's Committee to effectively perform tasks related to inspection, review, and systematization of legal documents. The work of disseminating and educating the law has been effectively implemented.

The enforcement of civil judgments has also seen many positive changes, ensuring the enforcement of court judgments and decisions in accordance with regulations. The annual enforcement rate has always met or exceeded the targets set by the Ministry of Justice.
