Voters of Gia Loc district petitioned many issues in the agricultural sector.

At the meeting, there were 12 opinions from voters focusing on the agricultural sector. Voters requested that the province and district have solutions for consuming agricultural products for farmers; support funding for building rural roads, building greenhouses and net houses; and check the quality of pesticides. Pumping stations and canals in some areas are degraded, not ensuring irrigation water for people's agricultural production.

Road 393 passing through Le Loi commune has a school, market, and commune People's Committee office, posing a potential risk of traffic accidents. It is recommended that superiors install additional signs and speed bumps. Some medical stations are degraded and have limited equipment, so they have not attracted people to come for medical examination and treatment; there is a shortage of human resources in the medical sector...

At the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, answered some opinions and recommendations of voters. In recent times, Hai Duong has strived and is one of the few provinces and cities recognized as a new rural province. The province has also implemented many mechanisms and policies to support the construction of new rural infrastructure and agricultural production for farmers such as land lease, construction of greenhouses, net houses, infrastructure investment in aquaculture areas, etc.

For unsafe traffic routes, the province will direct specialized sectors to research and install safety signs and speed bumps. Currently, the Bac Hung Hai irrigation system is polluted, and functional sectors are focusing on researching solutions and strengthening management to ensure the water source of this system as well as providing for agricultural production....

For other issues that voters have proposed, the delegation will receive and send them to the competent authority.
