On the morning of January 11, Toan Thang Primary School (Gia Loc) inaugurated and received the handover and put into use the sanitary facilities for female students.
The project was donated by Sumidenso Vietnam Co., Ltd., worth 11,000 USD (nearly 270 million VND). The project started construction in November 2023 on an area of 30 m2, including 6 separate rooms and 2 hand washing sinks according to Japanese standards. When put into operation, the project contributes to ensuring health and hygiene for students.
Toan Thang Primary School currently has 573 students in 20 classrooms. The school still lacks a standard toilet for male students.
