On November 21, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province approved the aid to implement the project "Building a new toilet for Quang Trung Primary School, Quang Trung Commune, Tu Ky District, Hai Duong" sponsored by the Hoa Trang Fleur Blanche Organization (France).
The project will provide more than 309 million VND in aid to build toilets for Quang Trung Primary School.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Center for Friendship Cooperation (Hai Duong Province Union of Friendship Organizations) to preside over and coordinate with the aid provider, Quang Trung Primary School, and relevant agencies to receive and use the above aid in accordance with its content and purpose.
Hoa Trang (Fleur Blanche) is a French non-governmental organization, founded in 1995, operating in the humanitarian and charitable fields.
