The family of Mrs. Pham Thi Mia (born in 1947, Thong Nhat commune, Gia Loc) was awarded 28.5 million VND. Mrs. Mia is raising 2 orphaned children by herself, and is a poor household in the commune.
The family of Ms. Tang Thi Mo (born in 1960 in Gia Xuyen commune, Hai Duong city) is a poor household in the commune and was given 28.5 million VND. Ms. Mo is raising 2 grandchildren because their father passed away and their mother left.
