Police are looking for someone who knows about the accident on Highway 38B in Gia Loc district that left one person with a traumatic brain injury.

The victim was Mr. PVT, born in 1995 in Le Loi commune (Gia Loc), with a traumatic brain injury.

Previously, at around 20:40 on December 31, 2024, at km 7+70 of National Highway 38B in Doan Thuong Commune (Gia Loc), people discovered that Mr. PVT had an accident. Mr. T. was taken to Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment, suffering from a traumatic brain injury and a fractured left eye socket.

According to the police, Mr. T. had an accident while walking on Highway 38B. The police suspect that Mr. T. collided with a motorbike with an unknown license plate number and the driver's name, age, and address, traveling in the direction of Thanh Mien - Gia Loc. The motorbike suspected to be involved then fell off the road and left the scene.

To serve the investigation and settlement of the traffic accident, the Traffic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police would like to inform the people, agencies, organizations and units that if they know the developments of the above incident, the license plate, the motorbike driver in the accident or the camera recording the developments of the incident, they should coordinate to search and provide information to the Traffic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police.
