Hai Duong Police awarded prizes for online contest to learn about Project 06

On January 6, Hai Duong Provincial Police held a closing ceremony and awarded prizes to the Online Contest to learn about the Project "Developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030" (Project 06).

Implementing Plan No. 3764/KH-CAT-PX03 dated November 28, 2022 of the Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police on organizing an online contest to learn about Project 06, the Provincial Police organized a large-scale, serious contest, attracting a large number of officers and soldiers to participate. The contest was organized online with 20 multiple-choice questions and 1 essay question.

The contest takes place over a period of 10 days, from December 1 to 10, 2022. This is also the finishing time, preparing to end the 90-day peak period of implementing solutions to ensure the completion of targets serving the implementation of the provisions of the 2020 Law on Residence on the expiration of Household Registration Books and Temporary Residence Books after December 31, 2022 and to strengthen the implementation of Project 06.

Lieutenant Colonel Bui Manh Hung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented collective awards to units with high achievements in the Project 06 Research Contest.

The contest received close attention and direction from the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police. Leaders of the units deployed, disseminated, and thoroughly grasped 100% of the officers and soldiers of the unit. During the first 3 days, the contest attracted over 70% of the officers and soldiers to participate, completing the test early, with relatively even quality. At the end of the contest, the Board of Judges calculated the scores on the results system, with 1,715 exams having 100% correct multiple choice parts - achieving 80/80 points (accounting for 43.2%); 460 high-quality exams had good, meaningful, and creative essay answers (accounting for 11.5% of the total number of candidates). Many exams expressed their own views, responsibilities, and understanding of Project 06 and its significance; boldly proposed solutions, recommendations, and key tasks to effectively implement Project 06.

In particular, the contest also recorded the opinions of the local police force, including a number of commune police officers who proposed practical solutions, suitable to reality, associated with their units and localities. The Organizing Committee, the Jury, and the Secretariat worked seriously, objectively, impartially, evaluating and scoring the entries to ensure that they followed the outline, responded to the requirements, and were in accordance with the rules.

Lieutenant Colonel Vu Duong Tuong, Chief of Staff of Hai Duong Provincial Police, awarded second prize to the winning individuals.

Based on the competition rules, the Organizing Committee decided to award 25 individual prizes including 3 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 8 third prizes, 9 consolation prizes and 11 collective prizes to individuals and units with outstanding achievements.

The contest helped officers and soldiers of Hai Duong Provincial Police clearly understand the purpose, meaning, content and importance of Project 06. The widespread implementation and easy access through the Provincial Police Information Portal helped the contest become a practical political activity, attracting a large number of officers and soldiers in the entire Provincial Police force to participate.
