Binh Giang, My Hao, and An Thi police coordinated to arrest two drug trafficking cases.

At around 5:00 p.m. on October 17, at km36, National Highway 38, through Trung area, Ke Sat town (Binh Giang), Pham Van Huan, born in 1996, in Phu Ung commune, An Thi (Hung Yen) illegally sold methaphetamine and heroin to a subject in Tan Hong commune (Binh Giang) for 1.4 million VND.

Binh Giang District Police coordinated with An Thi District Police to investigate and arrest Huan.

At 8:15 p.m. on October 21, at the edge of Provincial Road 392, in My Cau village, Tan Hong commune (Binh Giang), Truong Cong Duy, born in 1998 in Minh Duc ward, My Hao town, was discovered and caught red-handed by Binh Giang district police while hiding methaphetamine.

Previously, at around 2:00 p.m. on October 21, at Thinh Van residential group, Minh Duc ward, My Hao town, Pham Duc Manh, born in 1998, sold a bag of methaphetamine to Nguyen Ba Duy, born in 1996, also in Minh Duc, My Hao, for 1 million VND. Ba Duy then divided it into 2 bags, one bag he hid at home, and one bag he sold to Cong Duy for 500,000 VND.

Binh Giang District Police also coordinated with My Hao Town Police to investigate and arrest Pham Duc Manh, Nguyen Ba Duy and Truong Cong Duy.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Giang District Police has initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and temporarily detained Huan, Manh, Ba Duy and Cong Duy for 3 months for the crime of illegal drug trafficking under Clause 1, Article 251 of the Penal Code.

On October 17, 2023, the Police of Binh Giang, An Thi districts and My Hao town signed a Coordination Plan in the prevention and control of criminal offenses, drugs and social evils to maintain security and order in border areas, contributing to creating favorable conditions for the socio-economic development of localities.
