From February 7 to 9, Hai Duong will experience the first severe cold spell of the month.

During the first severe cold spell of this month, the lowest temperature during the day only fluctuated between 12-14 degrees Celsius, the highest did not exceed 18-19 degrees Celsius, with light rain and drizzle. This weather pattern is quite similar to the severe cold spell before Tet At Ty.

The provincial Hydrometeorological Station forecasts that in February, Hai Duong will only experience this one severe cold spell.
