Phong Chau pontoon bridge officially opened to traffic

From 6:00 a.m. on September 30, the 249th Engineer Brigade officially opened the Phong Chau pontoon bridge connecting the two banks of the Red River in Tam Nong and Lam Thao districts (Phu Tho), serving immediate travel needs.
