Speaking at the discussion in group 3 at the 19th Conference of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Tu Ky District Party Committee Nguyen Ngoc Sam proposed not to change the purpose of using the commune headquarters after the merger to residential land.
