Voters propose to consider building a new headquarters when merging Thanh Quang and Quoc Tuan communes

On the morning of July 24, at Thanh Quang commune headquarters, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council Delegation and the Nam Sach District People's Council Delegation met with voters before the regular meeting at the end of 2023.

There were 10 opinions from voters at the conference. Voters who are civil servants of Thanh Quang commune were concerned about the plan to arrange cadres after the merger of Thanh Quang and Quoc Tuan communes. Some voters said that in the merger plan, the current headquarters of Thanh Quang commune would be the new commune headquarters, which is unreasonable and inconvenient for the people; they suggested considering building a new headquarters in a central location...

Responding to voters' opinions, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Nam Sach District People's Committee Ho Ngoc Lam said that the plan was not to choose the current headquarters of Quoc Tuan commune because it is located on the other side of National Highway 37, making it difficult for people to travel. Therefore, the current headquarters of Thanh Quang commune was chosen to create convenience and safety for people. Building a new headquarters in a central location is quite costly and needs to be considered and balanced later.

Regarding the voters' suggestion that the province consider building the Hai Duong Provincial Nursing Center to organize nursing for retired cadres right in the province; suggesting to soon move the 35kV high-voltage power line out of Dong Thon village of this commune to ensure safety... Chairman of Nam Sach District People's Committee Ho Ngoc Lam agreed, accepted and said that he would make recommendations to competent authorities...
