Many foreign workers want to return to businesses in Vietnam to work as the Covid-19 epidemic is under control.
From the beginning of the year to the end of November, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has granted permits to nearly 1,400 foreign workers, accounting for about 70% of the number of applications, an increase of nearly 10% over the same period last year. The reason is that the Covid-19 epidemic has been controlled, so many foreign workers want to return to businesses in Vietnam to work.
The issuance of permits for foreign workers is strictly controlled from the application stage to the approval stage. After the licensing, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs continues to monitor enterprises employing foreign workers according to regulations.
