Up to now, the social housing area in the south of Hai Duong city (phase 2) invested by Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company has completed 75% of the construction volume.
The social housing area in the south of Hai Duong city (sub-area 2) is located in Lien Hong commune (Hai Duong city) and Gia Xuyen commune (Hai Duong city) with a total construction area of 32,310m2.The residential area consists of 4 buildings CT1, CT2, CT3, CT4, 8 floors high, with 336 apartments, usable area from 45-76.9m2, capacity of about 1,500 people.This social housing area will have lots of trees, playgrounds and many amenities to serve the residents.The contractor mobilized 40 - 80 engineers and workers divided into 2 shifts to construct the project.Construction site commanders and consulting units closely supervise and ensure construction safety.Workers constructing the 6th floor of CT2 and CT3 buildingsThe working atmosphere at the construction site is very urgent.The social housing area in the south of Hai Duong city (phase 2) started construction in August 2023 and is expected to be handed over and put into use in the third quarter of 2025.COMMON
