Increasing the average salary for workers by 15% is the goal set by Hai Duong Provincial Post Office in 2024.
In 2023, the Provincial Post Office will achieve a revenue of more than 229 billion VND, equivalent to 97% compared to 2022; actual salary revenue will be more than 154 billion VND, an increase of 1%. The average salary of employees is 9.8 million VND/person/month.
Among the three main service groups, the revenue of the postal delivery service group was the highest with nearly 116 billion VND, reaching 72% of the plan, equal to 75% compared to 2022. Ranked second was the postal financial service group with nearly 85 billion VND, exceeding 11%, up 14%. The revenue of the third service group was the media distribution service with nearly 29 billion VND, equal to 51% of the plan, up 9%.
In 2023, Hai Duong Provincial Post Office has strongly implemented the campaign "3 no's: no delay, no damage, no loss". Thereby tightening discipline and strictness in the production organization stages of postal delivery services. Improving service quality in the direction of faster, safer, reducing the rate of damage, loss of mail, enhancing competitiveness and increasing market share of services in the market. In which, the revenue of the postal delivery service group is expected to increase by 20%, postal financial services by 10%, and media distribution services by 93%.
