Frost appeared for the first time in March on the top of Ta Xua mountain, Ban Cong commune, Tram Tau district (Yen Bai), covering tree branches and grass.
Ice formed last night, March 18, at the top of Ta Xua mountain, which is over 2,800 m high, and is still thick this morning, with the outside temperature dropping to 0 degrees Celsius.
