Quang Ninh province received 2 encroachment and settlement areas from Hai Duong province. Specifically, Thuy An and Nguyen Hue communes (Dong Trieu town) received Trai Chem hamlet of Tram Lo village from Bach Dang commune (Kinh Mon town) with 55 households and 162 people, an area of ​​40 hectares. Nguyen Hue commune (Dong Trieu town) received Kenh Giang area of ​​Van Duc ward (Chi Linh) with 189 households and 507 people, an area of ​​36.03 hectares.
