9 out of 12 district-level Party secretaries in Hai Duong are not local people

The Secretary of the Chi Linh City Party Committee and the Thanh Mien and Ninh Giang District Party Committees are local people. Hai Duong will implement 100% of district-level Party Committee Secretaries not being local people from the next term.

According to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, in 2024, 10 cadres will be transferred from the province to districts, towns, cities and from one locality to another to hold key leadership positions.

Of these, 4 comrades were mobilized and appointed to hold the position of District Party Committee Secretary, 3 comrades were mobilized and introduced to be elected to hold the position of District People's Committee Chairman, and 3 comrades were mobilized and appointed to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee.

Currently, in the province, 9/12 district-level Party secretaries are not local people, an increase of 3 comrades compared to the beginning of the term, including the Thanh Ha, Tu Ky, and Kim Thanh district Party secretaries.

Hai Duong will implement 100% of district-level Party secretaries not being local people from the next term.

To serve the personnel work of the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has requested the district Party Committees, town Party Committees, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee to direct the Party Committee's organizing committees at the same level to coordinate with the police agency to proactively and urgently review, assess and conclude on the political standards for the re-election of Party Committee members and qualified personnel, conditions to participate in the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term at the grassroots level and above the grassroots level.

Implementation must comply with regulations No. 58-QD/TW of the Politburo and Instruction No. 01-HD/BTCTW of the Central Organizing Committee and Regulation No. 972-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
