891 households donated land in Cam Giang need support to issue and exchange "red books" in the first phase.

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Cam Giang district (Hai Duong), as of August 29, the first round of screening showed that 891 households and individuals had donated land for the construction of public works and needed support to issue and exchange "red books".

The above cases mainly donated land, voluntarily dismantled constructions to upgrade and expand roads, and build new rural areas in the period of 2021-2023. Of which, Tan Truong commune has the most, with 286 households, Cao An 232 households, Cam Dong 202 households, Luong Dien 71 households, Cam Vu 64 households, Lai Cach town 34 households and Cam Giang town has 2 households.

This is the result of the first review by the People's Committee of Cam Giang district to implement the direction of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province in Document No. 2186/UBND-VP dated June 12, 2024. The content of this document advises on the regulation to support "Funds for surveying and correcting cadastral records to issue and change land use right certificates for households and individuals donating land use rights for the construction of public works".
