The Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union has summoned 22 delegates from Hai Duong to attend the 8th National Congress of the Vietnam Farmers' Union for the 2023-2028 term.
These are all delegates elected at the Provincial Congress, there are no ex officio delegates, no appointed delegates.
Among the 22 delegates attending the congress at the higher level, there are 8 delegates from the Provincial Farmers' Association; 11 delegates are Chairmen of Farmers' Associations of districts, towns and cities; 2 delegates are Chairmen of the grassroots Farmers' Associations of Tan Huong commune (Ninh Giang), Dai Son (Tu Ky) and 1 delegate is a central-level good farmer and business household of Kim Thanh district.
The 8th Congress of the Vietnam Farmers' Union for the 2023-2028 term, with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Creativity - Cooperation - Development", is expected to take place from December 25-27 in Hanoi with the participation of 1,000 delegates representing more than 10 million cadres and farmer members nationwide.
