Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tam, President of the Provincial Farmers' Association, term IX, has held the position of Secretary of the Thanh Ha District Party Committee since October 18.
On the afternoon of October 18, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to transfer comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tam, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Chairwoman of the Hai Duong Provincial Farmers' Union, term IX, to work at the Thanh Ha District Party Committee; appointed her to join the District Party Committee Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Ha District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Thanh Ha District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, starting from October 18.
In his speech assigning tasks, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang acknowledged the efforts of comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tam in the positions she has held.
Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tam is a well-trained cadre and always completes her assigned tasks well. She used to work in the district and for a long time worked at the Provincial Farmers' Association, so she understands many local and association issues. As the head of a district, Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tam needs to make more efforts.
Emphasizing that Thanh Ha district is one of the localities adjacent to Hai Phong city, with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway running through it, which is favorable for socio-economic development, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang suggested that comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tam soon approach the new task, continue to promote her capacity and strengths with the Party Committee, government and people of Thanh Ha district to make the district increasingly develop commensurate with its inherent potential and strengths.
Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang also requested that agencies and units of Thanh Ha district pay attention to supporting, coordinating and helping comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tam to successfully complete her tasks.
In her acceptance speech, Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tam accepted the direction and assignment of the Provincial Party Secretary; promised to do her best, uphold the vanguard and exemplary nature of a Party member, together with the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Thanh Ha District Party Committee and the entire political system in the district to uphold the tradition of solidarity and unity, and successfully implement the Resolution of the 25th District Party Committee.
Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tam was born in 1974, in Kien Quoc commune (Ninh Giang), has a bachelor's degree in pedagogy, a master's degree in educational management, and a high level of political theory. She has held the positions of Vice President of the Ninh Giang District Women's Union, President of the Ninh Giang District Farmers' Association, Head of the Ninh Giang District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, and Vice President of the Provincial Farmers' Association. From September 2018 to October 2023, she held the position of President of the Hai Duong Provincial Farmers' Association.
