20 communes, wards and towns in Hai Duong organized the Military-Civilian Cultural Festival.

According to the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command, by December 13, 20 communes, wards and towns in 11 districts, towns and cities in Hai Duong had organized the Military-Civilian Cultural Festival.

The remaining locality, Thanh Mien district, will organize a military-civilian cultural festival in Tu Cuong commune on December 15.

Before and during the festival, activities take place in localities: Cultural exchange, art performances, sports, folk games; offering incense, flowers, visiting martyrs' monuments; visiting and giving gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and meritorious people; rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in performing local defense and military work...

The Provincial Military Command presented 122 gifts (each worth 300,000 VND) to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, policy families, and outstanding meritorious people at the Military-Civilian Cultural Festival in communes, wards, and towns.

According to the assessment of the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command, although this is the first year this activity has been organized, the localities have prepared and organized it carefully and closely, creating solidarity and affection between the army and the people.

From now until December 22, the remaining communes, wards and towns will simultaneously organize the Military-Civilian Cultural Festival.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024).
