According to the review of the People's Committees of communes and towns, the whole district of Cam Giang currently has 1,312 locations of ponds, lakes, and agricultural land at risk of violations; 3,314 locations of families and individuals with converted agricultural land, currently using public land; 1 location at risk of violations on Kim Son River and 3 locations at risk of violations on Trang Ky canal belonging to the irrigation works managed and exploited by Bac Hung Hai Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Co., Ltd.

In addition, 7 large canals and 29 submerged canals managed and exploited by the District Irrigation Works Exploitation Enterprise are at risk of violations; 241 locations of irrigation works managed and exploited by communes and towns are at risk of violations.

The People's Committee of Cam Giang district has publicly announced the list of current status of ponds, lakes, agricultural land, and irrigation works corridors at risk of violations and families and individuals with converted agricultural land and using public land in the district in 2024. At the same time, it requested functional departments to guide, urge, inspect, advise and handle violations. Coordinate with relevant agencies and units, People's Committees of communes and towns to review, compile statistics, adjust and supplement the list of ponds, lakes, the list of households and individuals with converted agricultural land and using public land, and the list of irrigation works corridors at risk of violations in the district.
