The 7th generation (VII) of Rolls-Royce Phantom (produced from 2003-2017) is favored by many Vietnamese tycoons, with dozens of cars appearing in our country since the first one arrived. In particular, the pre-upgrade version (2003-2012) is more numerous due to low tax rates.

This Rolls-Royce Phantom is one of them. It is a 2005 model, now 19 years old. The car was ordered by a Hanoi tycoon to be brought back to the country as a used car instead of buying it completely new. Based on the orange reflectors on both sides of the car, it can be seen that this car was once sold in the US market.

According to a luxury car dealer, the value of this car on the used car market currently ranges from 5-6 billion VND depending on the quality of the car. However, very few tycoons buy it because the cost of maintaining and taking care of a 19-year-old luxury car is not cheap. At the time of purchase, the Phantom had a rolling price of about 1 million USD.

Up to now, this is one of three Rolls-Royce cars in our country with bright red exterior paint, including the Phantom in the article, a Phantom VIII and a Cullinan. All cars are owned by Hanoi tycoons, of which the red Rolls-Royce Cullinan has the most expensive rolling price of up to 40 billion VND.

Similar to the red Phantom VIII, the owner of the red Phantom VII also rarely uses it because the car does not appear frequently on the streets of Hanoi. Therefore, the exterior of the car is basically quite new. The red paint still retains its shine after 19 years of use.

Many chrome-plated details such as the grille, the Spirit of Ecstasy flying lady symbol, the headlight trim, the window trim, the door handles, etc. have shown signs of "aging" over time, but not significantly.

In this generation, the car's length × width × height are 5,829 × 1,988 × 1,630 mm respectively. The car weighs up to 2,485 kg. The car uses a set of 7-spoke chrome-plated rims typical of the Phantom line, measuring 21 inches. After many years of use, the logo's upright holding system failed, causing the logo to tilt.

The heart of the Rolls-Royce Phantom VII is a 6.75-liter V12 engine, producing 453 horsepower and 720 Nm of maximum torque. Despite weighing up to 2.5 tons, the car can still accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds before reaching a maximum speed of 240 km/h. The fuel consumption announced by the British car company is 15.7 liters/100 km.
