Delegates visit the first "zero waste field" model of Nam Sach district in Don Boi village (Nam Hong commune)
On the afternoon of April 27, in Nam Hong commune, the Nam Sach District Farmers' Association launched the "zero waste field" model at the Don Boi Village Farmers' Association. This is the first model of Nam Sach district in this field.
The model was built in the fields of Don Boi and Dun villages with an area of 46 hectares, with 6 members participating. The members are responsible for collecting garbage, pesticide packaging, cleaning the fields periodically, propagating and raising awareness for people not to litter, especially agricultural waste indiscriminately to ensure water resources, living environment...
At the launching ceremony, Nam Sach District Farmers' Association supported the model with 3 concrete garbage culverts and 1 model nameplate.
After this model, the Nam Sach District Farmers' Association proposed that grassroots associations establish and launch the "zero-waste field" model and complete it in the third quarter of 2023.
