Comrade Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented the painting "Uncle Ho and Uncle Ton" to the Party Committee of Dong Xuyen commune.

Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Vu Hong Hien, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Nguyen Duc Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung, leaders of several departments and Ninh Giang district also attended.

At the ceremony, Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Corporation donated 3 billion VND to Dong Xuyen commune to build the Headquarters of Dong Xuyen Kindergarten. The project has a total investment of over 6.8 billion VND, expected to start construction at the end of this year and be completed in 2023.

Speaking at the project handover ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang thanked Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Corporation for giving the locality a meaningful gift on the occasion of the 92nd anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's traditional day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2022) and the 40th anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2022).

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested that in the coming time, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, departments and branches continue to advise and mobilize agencies, businesses and philanthropists to support communes with many difficulties, especially paying attention to supporting the assurance and development of education, health care, social security, etc.

Ninh Giang district Party committees and authorities need to prioritize resources to build infrastructure, support people to develop the economy, especially pay attention to supporting households in difficulty. Continue to call on and mobilize people to actively respond to local tasks; expand and develop economic sectors; prevent social evils; actively participate in patriotic movements, campaigns, especially building advanced new rural areas; determined to rise up to enrich themselves and their homeland. Local Party committees, authorities, and socio-political organizations regularly grasp and focus on promptly resolving difficulties, legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people; promote democracy, build a clean and strong Party and government.

Comrade Secretary of Ninh Giang District Party Committee Pham Van Khanh expressed his thanks to the provincial leaders and businesses.

Dong Xuyen commune is one of the three communes (along with Kien Quoc and Van Phuc) that have reached the final new rural finish line in Ninh Giang district. This is also the only locality in the province that has all three schools at all three levels that have not met national standards. In February 1948, Xuyen Hu communal house in Xuyen Hu village of the commune was chosen as the venue for the 3rd Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress because this was a revolutionary base with a solid mass base and guaranteed safety.
