With just a smartphone, visitors to Lam Kinh National Special Relic (Tho Xuan District) will have the most comprehensive view of the tourist areas and attractions throughout their entire visit through 360 virtual tours and AR augmented reality. By applying Smart travel platform technology and an automatic audio guide system, it contributes to promoting the outstanding image of Lam Kinh National Special Historical Relic to domestic and international visitors.

In addition, Lam Kinh National Special Relic also has an automatic commentary system in two languages, English and Vietnamese, at 30 different tourist attractions in the relic. The use of automatic commentary technology and the installation of QR code applications on smartphones are new propaganda solutions at this relic. This not only helps visitors to actively explore and learn about the history and significance of the relic, but also contributes to promoting the relic to many visitors.

Coming from Ninh Binh city, Mr. Le Van Phuong said that on the weekend, his family had an interesting experience at tourist attractions in Thanh Hoa, including Lam Kinh National Monument. To save money, his family did not choose a guided tour but downloaded the Lam Kinh audio guide application and scanned the QR code at the tourist attractions. This is very convenient, helping tourists experience and decide how long to stay or how quickly to visit each specific tourist attraction.

In addition to the Lam Kinh National Special Monument, the Ho Dynasty Citadel World Cultural Heritage (Vinh Loc District) can be considered a typical example of applying technology in promoting tourism in Thanh Hoa. Just by accessing the website http//www.thanhnhaho.vn, visitors can explore a large heritage space with specific destinations such as: South gate, North gate, moat, wall...

Along with surfing the phone, the computer moves in "360-degree space" to visit all corners, scenes... in Ho Dynasty Citadel, visitors also listen to the most easy-to-understand, concise and concise explanation. In addition, the Ho Dynasty Citadel World Heritage Conservation Center is building a digital satellite positioning map to serve the management and conservation of heritage, gradually digitizing the artifacts at the exhibition booth to convert to soft file storage on a digital platform. This allows to quickly serve the storage and information needs of staff and employees at the Center as well as visitors who want to learn more about Ho Dynasty Citadel. This is also the optimal tool and solution to preserve, promote and enhance the value of heritage.

It can be said that the application of modern technology in promoting images and "360-degree sightseeing" space is a way to help Ho Dynasty Citadel get closer to tourists, Mr. Nguyen Ba Linh, Director of the Ho Dynasty Citadel World Heritage Conservation Center affirmed.

In recent times, Thanh Hoa Tourism has actively implemented the digital transformation program and applied information technology in tourism management and development. In addition, the province promotes digital transformation in tourism with activities such as: Digitalizing heritage, digitalizing cuisine, digital tourism products, cashless payments, electronic tickets, etc. This brings convenience to tourists during their tourism experience.
