The rate of online public services provided by the entire Hai Duong province currently accounts for only 30% of the total number of online public services, lower than the target in the 2023 digital transformation plan of the Provincial People's Committee.

Currently, the Administrative Procedure Information System of Hai Duong province is providing 1,900 public services. Of which, there are 573 full-process online public services; 1,125 partial online public services and 202 online information services. The rate of full-process online public services currently provided by the province accounts for only 30% of the total number of online public services, lower than the target in Plan No. 1914/KH-UBND dated June 5, 2023 on digital transformation of Hai Duong province in 2023 (the plan set for 2023 is that the whole province will have 80% of full-process public services provided on various access devices (including mobile devices)).

Currently, all district-level People's Committees, departments and branches have an electronic information page providing full information on administrative procedures, linked to the electronic one-stop system and the provincial Public Service Portal, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses to search, look up, and monitor the process of processing and resolving administrative procedures online. By early December 2023, the rate of online public services with online records in the province increased by 16% (from 76% to 90%); the rate of online records increased by 29% (from 56% to 85%) compared to the end of 2022; the satisfaction rate in handling feedback and recommendations remained at 100%; the satisfaction rate in receiving and resolving administrative procedures reached 89.45%, an increase of 7.95% compared to the end of 2022.
