On the evening of October 1 (August 17 of the lunar calendar), at the Kiep Bac relic site, the Organizing Committee of the 2023 Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival opened the Saint Rehearsal Performance Festival.

The festival opened with a jubilant and bustling drum performance by artists from Nam Dinh Province's Cheo Theater, interspersed with performances praising the merits of Saint Tran and introducing the beautiful city of Chi Linh.
In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Truong Thang, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival 2023 emphasized that for many centuries, in the Mother Goddess religion, Saint Tran is called Father. The Kiep Bac Temple Festival is called the Father's death anniversary, people from all over the world turn their hearts to this sacred land to pray for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather and favorable weather. The festival is a major traditional cultural event in the spiritual life of the Vietnamese community.

This year's Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival takes place from October 1-3 (August 17-19 of the lunar calendar) with the participation of 3 artists: Dang Ngoc Anh (Hanoi), Dao Dang Long and Vu Quoc Doan (Hai Duong).
On the opening night, Meritorious Artist Dang Ngoc Anh performed a bronze statue praising the merits of Saint Tran - Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan and the ancestors who had great contributions in building and protecting the country.
Although taking place in the evening, the festival still attracted a large number of locals and tourists.
The performance festival of the Saints at the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival has been restored and maintained for many years. This activity contributes to preserving the beauty of the Vietnamese Mother Goddess worship, which has been recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity; at the same time, it makes the festival more imbued with its identity and attractive to tourists.
