The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee requires that the work of preparing and organizing Party Congresses at all levels must be led and directed by Party committees at all levels in accordance with Party regulations and principles, without showing off, and resolutely fighting waste and negativity.
It is expected that each commune will have 30 - 60 police officers after the merger.

Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Van Long said that the number of commune-level police units will be reduced by 60-70% compared to present and depending on the scale, it is expected that each commune will have 30-60 police officers.
