The headquarters of the 4 merged communes in Gia Loc are used as the headquarters of the Commune Police, schools and cultural houses.

After the merger, Gia Tien commune will use the office and public assets of Gia Luong commune (old). Gia Phuc commune will use the office and public assets of Gia Khanh commune (old). Nhat Quang commune will use the office and public assets of Dong Quang commune (old). Quang Duc commune's office will be located in Duc Xuong commune (old).

For schools, these communes will use all schools of the communes before the merger to carry out teaching and learning tasks. As for the health stations, they will be managed and used according to the direction and guidance of the health sector.

Gia Loc district also developed a plan to use surplus public assets after the merger. The old Tan Tien commune office building was used to expand Tan Tien Secondary School. The old Gia Tan commune office building was used to arrange a workplace for the commune police; a part was used to expand Gia Tan Secondary School. The old Nhat Tan commune office building was used to arrange a workplace for the commune police; as a cultural house for Cao Due village. The old Quang Minh commune office building was also used to arrange a workplace for the commune police; as a cultural house for Minh Tan village. The arrangement and reorganization will be carried out in July 2024.

During this period, Gia Loc district will merge Gia Luong commune with Tan Tien to form Gia Tien; Gia Tan with Gia Khanh to form Gia Phuc; Dong Quang with Nhat Tan to form Nhat Quang and Duc Xuong with Quang Minh to form Quang Duc.
