Hai Duong City People's Committee requested the Provincial People's Committee to revoke the investment policy and reclaim land for 7 projects that have been allocated land or leased land but are not operating, sub-leased land for the wrong purpose or left land fallow.
In Hai Duong city, there are 478 projects approved by the Provincial People's Committee for investment, land allocation and lease.
Through the review of the City People's Committee, there are currently 51 projects behind schedule, 59 projects using land for the wrong purpose, and sub-leasing. Through inspection and classification of the 51 projects behind schedule, there are 24 projects that have not been allocated land, leased land, and 27 projects that have been allocated land but have not yet started construction or have partially started construction.
To improve the effectiveness of state management of investment, ensure effective land use and timely resolve difficulties for investors, the People's Committee of Hai Duong City proposed that the Provincial People's Committee establish an interdisciplinary team of the province to inspect these 110 projects, thereby having specific handling measures and solutions. Proposing that the Provincial People's Committee revoke the approval of investment policies and reclaim land for 7 projects of 7 enterprises that have been allocated land, leased land but not operating, sub-leased land for the wrong purpose or left the land fallow. These are: The Finance, Banking and Trade Service Center Project of Nam Quang Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company in Quang Trung Ward; the Vegetable and Fruit Processing and Storage Factory Project of Vinamit Joint Stock Company in Ai Quoc and Nam Dong Wards; the Furniture Factory of Tan Hoang Minh Hai Duong Joint Stock Company in Nam Dong Ward; Project to build the office and factory of Hai Duong Shipbuilding and Transport Company in Ngoc Chau ward; project to build the office of Phuc Son Cement Company in Le Thanh Nghi ward; project of Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company in Nguyen Trai ward and project of Ha Hung Company Limited in Cam Thuong ward.
